I’ve been painting since I was 3 years old. I was put in lessons when my grandmother saw my potential and from there I quickly fell in love with landscapes, which became my favorite style of art. In high school I took college art as a junior and progressed in my skills.
I work with both acrylic and oils, however my strong suit is oil paint. I
can also paint people and still life, but I specialize mostly in
landscapes. I can also weld sculptures made of steel.
I attend Kent State University and am getting my bachelor’s in studio art. I am also attending Stark State College for welding, because I enjoy the fabrication of welding (sculpture).
I plan on going to graduate school to get my Ph.D in art history, concentrating on Renaissance art and architecture. Summer of 2019, I studied renaissance art and architecture in Florence Italy, and lived there during the summer time. Spring of 2020, I did an internship studying gothic art and architecture in Paris.
